Community– We value the communities that we work within and the communities of the households we work with. It is our purpose to promote community and enable service users and clients to enjoy their surroundings and feel safe within them. Ostara Care aims to work with care providers to support them in the valuable role they hold within societies. We take great pride in being a support structure to the care industry. All of our clients will are promised excellent communication skills and we hope to bring value to the client and care industry alike. We also bring employment opportunities to the community encouraging inclusion and participation for all.

Loyalty– We are passionate about the service we provide and the difference we make to the people who we work with. Passion is what drives the company and all our staff forward ensuring we continue to deliver superior services. The relationships we form with service users, staff, commissioners, health and social care professionals will be based on professional principles and years of experience.  We are transparent and honest in all of our dealings in order to build lasting relationships that provide value and aspirations for the future to everyone.

Confidentiality is of upmost importance to us and we will respect your wishes as a member of our community. We honour and respect the importance of family and friends. Our role is to support care so that everyone can continue to feel valued and being apart of a social role is crucial to ensuring self-value. Unity with care providers, unity with family/friends and unity with self-belief are the foundations of the support our services provide.

Dedication– Crucial in all of our service delivery and interactions with staff is the continued need to feel compassion for service users and colleagues. We will be dedicated to all those that are apart of Ostara Care Ltd. We will never make a person feel worthless or too time consuming. Right until the end they are still making achievements, elderly people still have goals, service users and those in care always have hopes and dreams it is dedication that this always continues.
